Affiliate Program Terms

SUVIKKA Affiliate Program Terms 1. Commission Eligibility: Affiliates earn a referral commission on eligible successful outlet conversions only, after the defined payment conditions are fulfilled and confirmed by Suvikka. 2. Successful Conversion: A referral converts when the referred applicant completes outlet onboarding and the eligible investment payment is received by Suvikka. 3. Attribution: Referrals are attributed via the unique affiliate link/code for the configured attribution period from first click. 4. Self-referrals, duplicate leads, existing company leads, fraudulent or fake registrations are not eligible for commission. 5. Cancellations or refunds of the outlet investment will reverse or cancel the related commission. 6. Payouts are processed after admin approval as per the payout schedule. Applicable taxes/TDS will be deducted as per law. 7. Affiliates must not make false income claims (e.g. 'guaranteed income'), misuse the Suvikka brand, run prohibited advertising, or send spam. 8. Suvikka may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms.
